MEET THE DOCTOR

As a child, Sheik Rahman, D.V.M., M.S.c., Ph.D. grew up in a household owning horses, cows, sheep, chickens, and pigeons. His familiarity with animals coupled with an uncle who was a veterinarian motivated Dr. Rahman to enter the veterinary profession. After becoming a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and receiving his Masters of Science degree, he traveled to Canada where he obtained his Ph.D. Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Rahman founded Aaron Animal Clinic in Parma in 1982, and named his clinic in honor of the family that served as his guardians during his studies in Canada.
